Day 0 : Kilimanjaro Airport - Arusha
Today get to meet with our team at Kilimanjaro airport while we transfer you to your accommodation at Arusha Town. Located below Mount Meru on the eastern edge of the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley, Arusha City has a temperate climate. The city is close to Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Mount Meru in the Arusha National Park.

Day 1: Arusha - Tarangire National Park
After breakfast in Arusha, head to Tarangire National Park through Maasai steppe and villages. This park boasts a diverse landscape, including the Tarangire River, low hills, acacia woodlands, and iconic Baobab trees. The river and swamps are a vital water source, attracting a wide array of wildlife, such as elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, and various primates. Rare species like the Greater Kudu and Fringed-Eared Oryx can be spotted, along with predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Birdwatchers will appreciate over 400 bird species.
In the evening, journey to your accommodation, with a quick stop at the Lake Manyara viewpoint for picturesque views of the lake and its surroundings along the Great East African Rift Valley.

Day 2 : Ngorongoro Crater Half - Day-Central Serengeti National Park
Greetings! To ensure an early start to our day, we kindly request your cooperation. A delightful breakfast awaits at 5:00 am, marking the commencement of our journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Our first destination is the awe-inspiring Ngorongoro Crater, where a half-day game drive awaits. This colossal collapsed volcano serves as a sanctuary for over 25,000 mammals, including the renowned Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalos, rhinos, and leopards. The crater is also home to spotted hyenas, rare wild dogs, and a diverse array of over 500 bird species.
Following an invigorating morning safari and a delightful picnic lunch, we’ll bid farewell to the caldera in the early afternoon. Our course will then lead us to the central Serengeti National Park, where more memorable game-viewing experiences await.
The night will be spent in the heart of the Serengeti for an immersive overnight experience.

Day 3 : Central Serengeti-Northern Serengeti National Park
Following a satisfying breakfast, our journey unfolds toward the captivating Northern Serengeti National Park, accompanied by the added excitement of game viewing en route. The adventure commences with a central game drive, offering approximately 4 hours of immersive wildlife exploration. Subsequently, we continue our scenic journey to the Northern Serengeti, reveling in the captivating sights along the way.
The Northern Serengeti emerges as a pristine wilderness, characterized by breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife. From July through October, the weather graces us with mostly sunny days and temperatures ranging from 60 to 83°F. During this period, we eagerly anticipate the remarkable spectacle of the wildebeest migration. Witnessing this natural marvel involves the brave crossing of the iconic Mara River by the wildebeest, accompanied by a host of other migratory animals. This annual migration takes them into Kenya and then southward back into Tanzania, offering a thrilling display of nature’s wonders.

Armed with a sumptuous picnic lunch, our focus lies on witnessing the epic saga of the migrating wildebeest summoning the courage to cross the mighty Mara River. Our journey will lead us to the Kogatende airstrip, where we’ll board a flight bound for Kilimanjaro Airport. Along the way, the sights and sounds of the magnificent Tanzanian landscape will serve as our backdrop one last time. This marks the end of our unforgettable adventure in the northern Serengeti and, in a broader sense, concludes our journey through the heart of Tanzania.
