5 Days Tanzania Safari Day By Day itinerary
Today get to meet with our team at Kilimanjaro airport while we transfer you to your accommodation at Arusha Town. Located below Mount Meru on the eastern edge of the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley, Arusha City has a temperate climate. The city is close to Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Mount Meru in the Arusha National Park.

After breakfast in Arusha, head to Tarangire National Park through Maasai steppe and villages. This park boasts a diverse landscape, including the Tarangire River, low hills, acacia woodlands, and iconic Baobab trees. The river and swamps are a vital water source, attracting a wide array of wildlife, such as elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, and various primates. Rare species like the Greater Kudu and Fringed-Eared Oryx can be spotted, along with predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Birdwatchers will appreciate over 400 bird species.
