Active Wonders Safaris was founded in 2016 by Allano Fred, a young Tanzanian based in Arusha — the gateway to Tanzania’s northern circuit. From the start, the idea was simple: every safari should have a purpose beyond exploration.
“We are more than tour operators — we are stewards of our community’s well-being.
Being locally and legally owned meant the value of every journey could stay where it belongs: with the guides, the communities and the land that make a Tanzanian safari what it is.
